Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fire Finance Pro is a digital service. This page explains when you can cancel, when you're eligible for a refund, and how refunds are processed.
1. Free plan
The core Fire Finance tools are free and require no payment, so nothing on the free plan is ever billed and no cancellation is needed — you can simply stop using the service, or delete your account and data at any time.
2. Pro purchases
Pro is billed through our payment provider (Razorpay) at the price shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes, if any, are included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise at checkout.
3. Refund eligibility
If Pro isn't working for you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion, typically only where a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the paid features.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@firefinance.app from the address associated with your account, including your payment reference (from the payment confirmation). We acknowledge refund requests within 1–2 business days.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount typically reflects within 5–7 business days of approval. Pro access is removed when the refund is issued.
6. Cancelling a recurring subscription
If your Pro plan renews automatically, you can cancel any time before the next billing date — cancellation stops future charges, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period unless you are within the 7-day window above.
7. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is deducted but Pro is not activated, or you are charged twice for the same purchase, contact us with both payment references — verified duplicate or failed-activation charges are refunded in full.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
