By accessing or using Fire Finance (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Fire Finance is a planning and educational tool. All corpus targets, SIP recommendations, retirement ages, and wealth projections are estimates generated from the assumptions and figures you enter. They are not, and should not be relied upon as, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Markets are uncertain and actual results will differ. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for how you use the outputs. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing and what each plan includes are described on the pricing page. Where applicable, fees are billed as disclosed at checkout. If a purchase flow is not yet enabled in your region, Pro features may be unavailable.

The Service, including its design, calculators, and content, is owned by Fire Finance and protected by applicable laws. Your financial data remains yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fire Finance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its projections.

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
